There was a mixup in the delivery address and thankfully the arrangement was able to be delivered to a new address much further away. I very much appreciated that! Thank you! The website does say, the arrangement will not be exactly like the photo, but as close to it as possible. The photo on the website showed hardly any roses, which was what I was looking for, and very pretty, would look like eucalyptus leaves. The actual arrangement had 17 roses, and ferns instead of these other type of eucalyptus looking leaves. I was disappointed in that, but in all the arrangement was lovely. I think next time I will leave with special request for the florist for no roses and More, daisies mumms and carnations. I would definitely order from them again!

Excellent customer service! I live in VA and was sending flowers to a friend in Tucson AZ. They called to follow up ion delivery date, and request a day later for delivery secondary to nicer flowers coming into the shop. What Class A service, which is not the norm! Thanks so much!! Catherine
