Please note that we make every effort to contact the recipient and/or sender that flowers have been delivered. However, if there is no answer, we will leave flowers for the recipients at desired location. If you check the box on the order form requesting we hand-deliver to the intended recipient and there also is no answer, you will incur a $15 redelivery fee as a result of re-transporting the order.
Any issues with floral arrangements as delivered should be brought to our attention by phone or email within 48 hours of delivery and we will be happy to rectify the situation.

What a beautiful arrangement! I was notified that substitutions had to be made because of low product availability. I was given the option to wait a day for the original arrangement, but I chose to go ahead with the substitutions. It turned out gorgeous! I was notified with a picture of the final product and again with the delivery spot. I really appreciate the care that was taken with this order.

Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability.
