Please note that we make every effort to contact the recipient and/or sender that flowers have been delivered. However, if there is no answer, we will leave flowers for the recipients at desired location. If you check the box on the order form requesting we hand-deliver to the intended recipient and there also is no answer, you will incur a $15 redelivery fee as a result of re-transporting the order.
Any issues with floral arrangements as delivered should be brought to our attention by phone or email within 48 hours of delivery and we will be happy to rectify the situation.

Thank you for the bloom shot - it's such a precious idea to send a photo to the person who ordered the arrangement. You know we all want to see how our request turned out. It's a lovely arrangement. I also got a photo from my son and his wife and really loved what you did in both photos. It has tons of stems in the vase. I am like, WOW! The extra greens, and sparks of red amongst it all. I love the name of your shop. And I love that it's owned and run by females. Yeah

Absolutely wonderful, wife very pleased with her Valentine's bouquet
