Please note that we make every effort to contact the recipient and/or sender that flowers have been delivered. However, if there is no answer, we will leave flowers for the recipients at desired location. If you check the box on the order form requesting we hand-deliver to the intended recipient and there also is no answer, you will incur a $15 redelivery fee as a result of re-transporting the order.
Any issues with floral arrangements as delivered should be brought to our attention by phone or email within 48 hours of delivery and we will be happy to rectify the situation.

My mom lives in Tucson and I call every time we send her flowers at least a half dozen times a year. They are always so nice and accommodating. The flowers are beautiful and delivered on time every time. Thank you for making this such and easy process. Living out of state adds a twist and you guys are wonderful.

This flower arrangement was ordered from 3,000 miles away, and they did a fantastic job. Clear and professional communication, and the arrangement was stunning. The recipient tells me daily how the beautiful flowers lift her spirits. I would highly recommend this florist!
