Please note that we make every effort to contact the recipient and/or sender that flowers have been delivered. However, if there is no answer, we will leave flowers for the recipients at desired location. If you check the box on the order form requesting we hand-deliver to the intended recipient and there also is no answer, you will incur a $15 redelivery fee as a result of re-transporting the order.
Any issues with floral arrangements as delivered should be brought to our attention by phone or email within 48 hours of delivery and we will be happy to rectify the situation.

I had a mishap with Doordash (on a sunday no less!) and needed to find a quick solution for anniversary flowers. Thankfully the owner, Desiree, was able to help me and made this beautiful arrangement for my anniversary and had it delivered right on time. It was perfect and my girlfriend loved it! definitely recommend this bouquet and this shop!

Arrangements are always beautiful. I asked for no Roses on my upgrade but got them anyway. Difficulties following delivery instructions. Ordered days in advance, asked for morning delivery which didn’t happen.
