If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.

I HAPPILY and GRATEFULLY write this review!!! I live in Washington state and late yesterday afternoon after talking to my sister who is going through an exceptionally difficult time, I decided to find a florist close to where she lives. I looked online ahead of time, found the bouquet I wanted, and I did not know it at the time, but I ended up speaking with the owner of the shop Ms Berman. Unbeknownst to me until the end of our conversation….. this was her day off, her shop was closed and in spite of this, she graciously heard me out, told me she would do everything she could to deliver the bouquet to my sister before the end of the day. AND SHE DID!!!! My sister tearfully called to thank me. she was so moved and grateful and The flowers were beautiful!! It even included a succulent which my sister loves and will be able to repot! I have taken the time to write this review with deep thankfulness to Forget Me Not Fine Floral and Gifts, because of the owners kindness and understanding and going above and beyond !! We asked for custom bouquets resembling some online photos for a memorial service, and this company was able to almost replicate exactly at a reasonable price. Beautiful arrangements, we were very happy!

Bailed me out on a Saturday for a forgotten birthday. When others were closing at noon and cutting off deliveries midday, they came through with a beautiful arrangement. Forever grateful.
