Please note that we make every effort to contact the recipient and/or sender that flowers have been delivered. However, if there is no answer, we will leave flowers for the recipients at desired location. If you check the box on the order form requesting we hand-deliver to the intended recipient and there also is no answer, you will incur a $15 redelivery fee as a result of re-transporting the order.
Any issues with floral arrangements as delivered should be brought to our attention by phone or email within 48 hours of delivery and we will be happy to rectify the situation.

Forget Me Nots Fine Floral & Gifts in Tucson has been my go-to florist for nearly four years, ever since my daughter moved to the University of Arizona. Their arrangements are always beautiful, thoughtfully designed, and made with premium flowers. Just as important, they consistently go above and beyond with every order. The quality, care, and presentation have never disappointed. I own and operate a convention and event planning company, and our clients are accustomed to working with exceptional florists at hotels, resorts, and major events all over the world. So I do not say this lightly: this locally owned Tucson shop can stand up to any of the florists we’ve used for our events over the years—and that’s saying something. Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.
