Please note that we make every effort to contact the recipient and/or sender that flowers have been delivered. However, if there is no answer, we will leave flowers for the recipients at desired location. If you check the box on the order form requesting we hand-deliver to the intended recipient and there also is no answer, you will incur a $15 redelivery fee as a result of re-transporting the order.
Any issues with floral arrangements as delivered should be brought to our attention by phone or email within 48 hours of delivery and we will be happy to rectify the situation.

What a splendid florist to find in Tucson. I called late in the day when I was sure my sister wasn’t leaving the hospital. They made up a beautiful design with what was in the shop and delivered it within a very short time. The best service I’ve had in ages.

I ordered Mother's Day flowers and they were BEAUTIFUL!
