Please note that we make every effort to contact the recipient and/or sender that flowers have been delivered. However, if there is no answer, we will leave flowers for the recipients at desired location. If you check the box on the order form requesting we hand-deliver to the intended recipient and there also is no answer, you will incur a $15 redelivery fee as a result of re-transporting the order.
Any issues with floral arrangements as delivered should be brought to our attention by phone or email within 48 hours of delivery and we will be happy to rectify the situation.
This cylindrical vase of flowers is kind of like a time capsule, if time were made of flowers. What a wonderful “time” that would be. In the season of changing plants, leaves, and flowers, this cylinder of bright abundance reminds us of the beauty that comes with the changing of the seasons. Spoiler alert: that’s a lot of beauty.

Arrangement was just beautiful ! Exactly what I asked for. They could not deliver first try, because recipient was not at her home, staying with family. Desi made sure it got to right place and kept me posted after I obtained correct address. If you are ordering from out of state, have every confidence they care & go the extra mile!
In some instances, our photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated.
Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.
