Please note that we make every effort to contact the recipient and/or sender that flowers have been delivered. However, if there is no answer, we will leave flowers for the recipients at desired location. If you check the box on the order form requesting we hand-deliver to the intended recipient and there also is no answer, you will incur a $15 redelivery fee as a result of re-transporting the order.
Any issues with floral arrangements as delivered should be brought to our attention by phone or email within 48 hours of delivery and we will be happy to rectify the situation.

It was a pleasure to work with forget me nots. Their website was easy to use and was the only Florist I could find in the area that was local, opened and delivered on a Sunday. Ordering was a breeze with many beautiful and well priced bouquets too pick from. I got an email confirmation, a photo of the the bouquet before delivery, and a notification that delivery had been made. The bouquet was gorgeous. I’m very impressed. Will absolutely use again!

Beautiful arrangement! Speedy delivery! My one complaint would be how the tax, tip and delivery charges nearly doubled the amount of the arrangement. It was definitely an indulgence! And we’ll received, so overall a successful transaction!

Sent them to my sister. Delivered on time. She loved the quality of the flowers and that they were not squished.

Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.
