Please note that we make every effort to contact the recipient and/or sender that flowers have been delivered. However, if there is no answer, we will leave flowers for the recipients at desired location. If you check the box on the order form requesting we hand-deliver to the intended recipient and there also is no answer, you will incur a $15 redelivery fee as a result of re-transporting the order.
Any issues with floral arrangements as delivered should be brought to our attention by phone or email within 48 hours of delivery and we will be happy to rectify the situation.
The sun is pretty great, but sunflowers are the greatest. Let’s prove it. The sun keeps us warm, we’ll admit it, but sunflowers never make us sweat. The sun gives us the daytime, which we appreciate, but sunflowers don’t go away for 12 hours per day day. Sunflowers, unlike the sun, know that would be rude. Forget Me Nots went above and beyond when they did not have the flowers that were pictured. Great communication and the substitute arrangement was perfect. They sent me pictures so I knew what was being sent. My friend loved them. I will be ordering again when the occasion arises in the future.

Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.
