Please note that we make every effort to contact the recipient and/or sender that flowers have been delivered. However, if there is no answer, we will leave flowers for the recipients at desired location. If you check the box on the order form requesting we hand-deliver to the intended recipient and there also is no answer, you will incur a $15 redelivery fee as a result of re-transporting the order.
Any issues with floral arrangements as delivered should be brought to our attention by phone or email within 48 hours of delivery and we will be happy to rectify the situation.

I was beyond impressed with the service provided. I ordered these from out of state and even though they ran out of some things they made a point to call and given the circumstances around the arrangement they went above and beyond to accommodate my requests and make it extra special for the person receiving the flowers. I would highly recommend them for any occasion. They are kind, courteous and very talented in what they do. In awe at the customer service alone but the arrangement they came up with exceeded expectation!

The bouquet was gorgeous. They sent me a photo of it before it was delivered. The service was exceptional. I highly recommend this business.
In some instances, our photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated.
Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.
If any design elements are of major importance to your order, please include them in the florist instructions at checkout or contact us to ensure availability.
